Sound familiar?

If you disappearedfor two weeks, what would break?

None of this means you're bad at business. It means the business was built around you instead of around a system. I've been there more than once. It's fixable, and it doesn't start with buying more software.

  1. Your phone is the org chart.

Every question, every approval, every "quick thing" routes through you. Nobody moves until you answer.

  2. You bought the software. Nobody uses it the same way twice.

The CRM, the project tool, the shared drive. Half-set-up, half-trusted, and the real process still lives in your head.

  3. Leads wait. Money leaks.

A lead comes in Friday afternoon and gets a reply Tuesday, if someone remembers. You know it's costing you. You just can't see how much.

  4. You hired help and got another job.

Instead of taking work off your plate, the new hire became one more person to manage, check on and clean up after.

  5. Your best thinking happens at 9pm.

After the fires are out and the team's gone home. Too tired to act on it, so tomorrow looks exactly like today.

  6. Vacation means working from a different chair.

The last time you took a real week off, you spent it answering texts. Or you haven't taken one at all.

What I believe

The business should work for you. Not the other way around. Systems carry the weight, people do the work that needs a human, and you get your week back.

Meet Jeremy

35 years.13 brands.One lesson I learned the hard way.

“Every system you build should make the next decision easier, not harder.”

I've built businesses, burned out, rebuilt, and made just about every mistake an owner can make with a team, a tech stack and a calendar. What finally worked wasn't working harder. It was building the business so it didn't need me in every conversation.

That's what The Manumation Method is: the way I help owners get their time back without making the business feel robotic.

  • Systematize first. Automate second.

Automating a messy process just gets you a faster mess. We fix the process, then hand it to the machine.

  • Built for how your brain works.

My A.D.D. brain forced me to find frameworks that cut through complexity. If it works for me, it'll work for a busy owner.

  • I build. I don't just advise.

You won't get a binder of theory. You get working systems, and a team at Zenoflo that can build them with you or for you.

Who is Jeremy Kean?

Jeremy Kean is a business coach and automation strategist with 35 years of hands-on business experience. He has started 13 brands, helped more than 100 businesses, and wrote The Manumation Method. He works with owners of agencies and service businesses, including a lot of insurance agency owners, who are stuck being the bottleneck in their own company.

What is the Manumation Method?

The Manumation Method is Jeremy's framework for combining people, AI agents and automated systems. The core rule is systematize first, automate second: get the process clear and written down, then hand the repetitive parts to automation so the owner and team can focus on the work that needs a human.

Who is this for?

Owners of service businesses, agencies and insurance agencies who are working too many hours, can't step away without things stalling, and know they need better systems but don't have the time to build them. If every decision still routes through you, it's for you.

Do I need to be technical to use AI and automation?

No. The approach is built for business owners, not engineers. You don't need to write code or understand AI models. You need to be willing to follow a process. Jeremy and the Zenoflo team handle the technical setup.

Will automation make my business feel impersonal?

No. The point is the opposite. Automation takes over the back-office work, like follow-ups, scheduling, data entry and reporting, so you and your team have more time for clients, not less.

How much does coaching cost?

It depends on how much you want to hand off: doing it yourself with the book and free tools, working 1:1 with Jeremy, or having Zenoflo build and run the system for you. The quickest way to find the right fit is a free, no-obligation discovery call.

What happens on a discovery call?

Jeremy looks at where your business is, what's in the way, and whether coaching is the right fit. There's no pressure. If it makes sense, he'll recommend a specific next step. If it doesn't, he'll tell you that too.
