Kean on Biz, LLC (“Kean on Biz”, “we”, “us”) runs keanonbiz.com. We’re based at 219 N. McMinn Rd, Centerville, IN 47330. Zenoflo, our done-for-you systems team, is a Kean on Biz company. This policy covers keanonbiz.com; manumation.ai and zenoflo.com have their own.

What you give us

• Your name and email, and your phone number where a form asks for it (it’s always optional), when you book a call, join the newsletter or a waitlist, take the Bottleneck Audit or the Revenue Leak Calculator, refer someone, or share a testimonial.
• Your answers and results from the Bottleneck Audit and the Revenue Leak Calculator. Both are scored in your browser; we save the answers and results with your contact details.
• In a Founder’s Filter session: your first name and email, the tasks you enter, how you sort them, and your messages with Donna, our AI guide.
• Anything you type into the chat on the site, and the details you enter when you book a call.
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.

What’s collected automatically

• How you found us: the campaign details in the link you arrived from (for example UTM tags), the site that sent you, and the first page you visited.
• With your permission only: how the site is used, through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as submitting a form).
• Basic, cookie-free visit counts from Cloudflare, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, and the page requested) that keep the site secure and running.

We don’t take payments on this site and don’t collect card details.

• To reply to you and deliver what you asked for: your results, a download, a booked call, or a session.
• To send the newsletter and follow-up emails about our coaching and services. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To text you, only if you checked the box agreeing to texts. See our Text Message Terms.
• To understand which pages and resources are useful, and improve them.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To publish testimonials, only with the permission of the person who gave them.

We don’t use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly serious effects on you.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of the site for us, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Zenoflo, our CRM, built on HighLevel (LeadConnector): it stores contacts, notes, and appointments, runs the booking calendar and the chat on the site, and sends our emails and text messages.
• Anthropic (Claude), which processes your messages in a Founder’s Filter session to write Donna’s replies. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn’t use this data to train its models.
• Google Analytics, for site usage statistics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site and gives us cookie-free visit counts.
• Railway, our hosting and database provider.

Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.

Analytics and the chat widget load only after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to optional cookies. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.

• Contact details, form answers, notes, and booked calls: while we’re in touch, and deleted when you ask. We review contacts we haven’t heard from in three years and delete them.
• Founder’s Filter sessions: kept so you can come back to them, and deleted when you ask.
• Records of text-message consent and opt-outs: kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to show them.
• Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, the most Google Analytics allows. Server logs: a short time, for security and troubleshooting.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limits on who can see what. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email) or texts (reply STOP)

Some US states give you these rights by law, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We don’t do either, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Email support@keanonbiz.com or call (765) 390-6007. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can ask someone to make a request for you. If we turn down a request, you can reply and ask us to look again.

This site is for business owners and isn’t intended for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children; if you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.

We and our providers handle your information in the United States. If you’re outside the US, your information will be transferred there.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect.
