These terms apply to keanonbiz.com, run by Kean on Biz, LLC (“Kean on Biz”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or its free tools, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Kean on Biz offers business coaching and consulting with Jeremy Kean, done-for-you systems built and run by Zenoflo, and free resources: the Bottleneck Audit, the Revenue Leak Calculator, The Founder’s Filter and its workbook, the newsletter, and the blog.

Our connection to what we recommend. Jeremy Kean owns Kean on Biz, Zenoflo, and The Manumation Method™ (manumation.ai). When we recommend Zenoflo, the book, or the Playbook, we’re recommending our own work and we benefit when you buy it. See our Disclaimers.

Paid coaching and done-for-you work are covered by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

• The Manumation Playbook is bought on manumation.ai. If you cancel before your diagnostic session takes place, we’ll refund the full fee. Once the session has taken place, the fee isn’t refundable. If you sign up for coaching within 30 days of your Playbook, we credit the Playbook fee toward your coaching package.
• Coaching and done-for-you work: payment, cancellation, and refund terms are in your written agreement.
• Booked calls: free calls can be rescheduled or cancelled any time using the link in your confirmation, or by emailing support@keanonbiz.com.

Scores, estimates, and dollar figures from our free tools are rough guides based on your answers. They are for education only and are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice.

Donna, the guide in The Founder’s Filter, is an AI. Her replies can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgment before acting on them.

Case studies and testimonials describe what happened for specific clients. Your results depend on your business, your team, and the work you put in, and we can’t guarantee any particular outcome.

If you agree to receive texts from us, our Text Message Terms apply. Agreeing is optional and never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

• Use the site and tools lawfully, and give accurate information in forms.
• Only submit someone else’s details (for example in a referral) if they’ve agreed to it.
• Don’t disrupt the site, try to get around its security, or use automated tools to scrape it or submit forms.

The content on this site, including The Manumation Method™, the workbook, articles, graphics, and logos, belongs to Kean on Biz or its licensors. You’re welcome to use downloads and articles for your own business. Please don’t resell, republish, or pass them off as your own without our written permission.

If you send us a testimonial, you allow us to publish it on our site and marketing, with the name and details you approve. We may shorten it, but we never change its words or meaning, and we show excerpts word for word. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

The site links to other services, such as our booking calendar, manumation.ai, zenoflo.com, and social profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site and free tools are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Kean on Biz isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@keanonbiz.com and we’ll try to put it right within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
